Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor will provide the following services to University: 5.4.1 Key Elements and Features of the Application include but not limited to: a) Platform both mobile optimized and web platform. b) Application able to use IPhone, Android, any tablet device or other mobile device. c) Able to download application from the UTSA website via hyperlink onto mobile device. d) A private Cloud based solution is most desirable. e) Be WCAG 2.0 compliant f) Adhere to heuristics for mobile map applications g) Include usability testing with target audiences in the product development phase (i.e. groups who difficulty navigating throughout the campus) h) Voice enabled search i) Call to action buttons (i.e. “Visit UTSA” , “Apply to UTSA”, “Request Info”, etc. j) Microsite capabilities for UTSA to post “live” deliverable. k) Administratively edit/re-label offices for real-time updates without needing to rely on a “interval updating of maps” (i.e. Building re-namings, room name/number changes, new offices/departments/ divisions, etc.) l) Ability to be multi-modal on the application at one time as well as be directional. Features include but not limited to Points of Interest (buildings, departments, etc.) Construction, Transportation Routes, “Alerts” etc. m) Application will need to integrate features to accommodate all users (close captioning or text based dialog, etc.). n) Ability to use dynamic messaging or real time or near real time alerts to active users. o) “Dashboard” capabilities for University Administrator to monitor and identify any gaps in service or any services that are not working properly. 5.4.2 Wayfinding details that should be included in the application include but not limited to: a) Building names, locations with interior and exterior renderings b) Information booth/welcome center/visitors center c) Filtering by floor/level d) Waypoints e) Bike and Bus routes, bike racks f) ADA paths and ADA Parking g) ADA compensating application features h) Pedestrian paths i) Sidewalks j) Landscaping features k) Architectural details l) Interior floor plans m) Print friendly maps n) Ability to Geo-locate (including by floor) o) Parking Lots, names, and labels with information/links p) Parking Structures, names, and labels with information/links q) Dining locations with labels and information/links r) Potential integration of existing lot occupancy real-time information s) Points of interest – Important or frequently visited offices (Testing, Visitor Center, Veterans Affairs, Enrollment Services, Fiscal Services, UTS, Police, Housing, Student Affairs, Roadrunner Pantry, etc.,) t) Includes UTSA logo and branding
