Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Texas General Land Office (GLO) is seeking bids from hotels for meeting space, food/beverage service for the Save Texas Symposium to be held in San Antonio on Saturday, September 15th, 2018, with set up and pre-event activities in the afternoon of Friday, September 14th, 2018. Hotel must be located within 3 blocks walking distance or less of the Alamo. As part of the Save Texas History Symposium attendees will be walking to the Alamo 3 times during the day. Class 971 Items 30, 65 Additionally, we are requesting pricing for a small sleeping room block (up to thirty (30) rooms) for the nights of 9/14/2018 and 9/15/2018. Symposium attendees requiring hotel accommodations shall book and pay for the sleeping rooms. Meeting Rooms Based on the GLO’s stated needs for sleeping rooms and food/beverage requirements, please provide pricing where indicated if there will be a charge for meeting rooms and set up fees. (Food/beverage and A/V shall be bid separately.) Please indicate “no charge” if charges and fees will not be assessed for these services. Please provide copies of floor plans for each room along with your bid.
