Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Manage deliveries to ensure the equipment is delivered and located in proper room and proper location in the room.; 2. Coordinate with Parkland’s Moving and Installation contractor to receive, deliver, deploy and install all medical equipment for project.; 3. Coordinate to pick up and receive equipment from Parkland’s warehouse(s) as needed to schedule delivery and installation.; 4. Parkland Clinical Engineering is responsible to calibrate the medical equipment and ensure it is working properly. Medical Equipment Planner should keep tab of the status of medical equipment install and communicate it to the team.; 5. Perform final walkthrough and create punch list for medical equipment.; 6. Attend OAC meeting, keep project team updated on status of the medical equipment install.; 7. Issue meeting minutes and action items for medical equipment.; 8. Help inventory medical equipment at existing Family Medicine site for decommissioning.; 9. Assist with miscellaneous items pertaining to medical equipment as needed to go live.
