Specifications include, but are not limited to: -The vendor will provide access to a current, frequently updated media database. This will include detailed reporter contact information, with media outlet, areas of interest or beat for reporter, as well as social media and recent posts from reporter. -Extensive national inclusion in database is required with a deep database of media outlets across the entire U.S. -The Vendor will provide clear specifications on how the above services will be provided. -The Vendor will provide customer service representative contact information with times of availability. -The service will also provide tools for media outreach. -The vendor will provide a comprehensive media monitoring service with daily clips and values, as well as more in-depth reports for each long semester and by fiscal year. -On-call customer service for glitches, issues with the database and corrections. -The vendor will provide implementation counseling and support, as well as training on the new system for UNT's Media Relations Team. -Comprehensive media monitoring service with daily clips and values, as well as more in-depth reports for each long semester and by fiscal year. Clips will include local, national and international media (TV, print, online and radio - from media outlets nationwide), as well as analytics for individual clips. -High-level analytical reports will be performance on a monthly or quarterly basis. -Information on how long your company will provide searchable database for media hits - how far back does our access go or does it start with the beginning of the UNT contract? -Information on services that are automatically included in any contract. -Information on services that could be added to the contract for better performance. -Information on any third-party vendors that will be used to provide the service to UNT (Ex: one service relies on another for TV clips or for providing media contacts).
