Specifications include, but are not limited to: MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS: Equipment to be maintained is associated with the fuel system at various City facilities (see location attachment), including but not limited to pumps, dispensing equipment, fuel lines, tanks, and any other equipment associated with the above ground and underground storage tanks. In addition to the description below, please see Exhibit A for more details. The City reserves the right to add locations as necessary. Equipment and Fleet Management (EFM) All diesel and gas pumps at the eight (8) EFM refueling sites pressurize the fuel systems from the tanks to the fuel dispensers located on the fuel island. EFM service centers also have suction and dispensing pumps that are air operated. EFM also maintains the tanks, lines, spill buckets and veeder root for the backup generators at City Hall (1500 Marilla). Park and Recreation (PKR) operates eight (8) fueling sites. The IC Harris site includes three (3) - 10,000 gallon pressurized USTs: two (2) for diesel and one (1) for unleaded. The remaining sites each have two (2) vaulted suction operated tanks: one (1) for diesel and one (1) for unleaded, each ranging in size from 500- 14000 gallons. Dallas Fire Rescue (DFR) operates 60 fire stations and (1) maintenance facility with a total of 74 ASTs (Above Ground Storage Tanks) and 58 Incon ATGs (Automatic Tank/Vault Gauging Monitors) and 3 EVO ATGs. There are 58 fire stations and the Maintenance Facility with suction operated systems, 2 fire stations with pressure systems with either vaulted or concrete encased tanks. A total of 58 stations have 1,000 gallon ASTs, and two (2) fire station have 750/250 gallon ASTs. Maintenance Facility has (1) 5,000, 3000-gallon AST. Sanitation (SAN) maintains a 12,000 gallon above ground bulk fuel tank at the McCommas Bluff Landfill, 5100 Youngblood Rd., Dallas, TX. 75241; and one (1) diesel 10,000 gallon AST at Bachman Transfer Station, 9500 Harry Hines Blvd.
