This construction project is funded through the Texas Water Development Board’s Clean Water State Revolving Fund (TWDB Project No. 73733) and includes the following elements; construction of 8,100 linear feet of 12 inch sanitary sewer force main, 2800 linear feet of 36 inch FRP sanitary sewer main, 3,900 linear feet of 18 inch sanitary sewer main, 2,000 linear feet of 6 and 8 inch sanitary sewer force main, removal of 8,000 linear feet of existing sanitary sewer main of various sizes, construction of 18 sanitary sewer manholes of various sizes, rehabilitation of 1 existing manhole, removal of 16 existing sanitary sewer manholes, demolition of 3 existing lift stations, changed to 2 existing lift stations, connect new sanitary sewer mains of any sizes to existing sanitary sewer mains/manholes or the new lift station (lift station to be constructed by others), sanitary service reconnections, install 110 linear feet of 60 inch CMP/1,200 linear feet of 42 inch RCP/1200 linear feet of 30 inch RCP/1,000 linear feet of 24 inch RCP storm sewer mains, 12 new storm sewer manholes of various sizes, 1 storm sewer outfall, storm sewer junction boxes and inlets, remove and dispose of existing storm sewer system, install 250 linear feet of 6” PVC water main, connect water main to existing services, removal and replacement of all driveways and street surface affected by the work, ditch regrading, all bypass pumping, all well pointing, trench safety, SWPP, traffic control, tree removal/planting/protection, and site restoration to offer a complete, functional regional sanitary sewer rehabilitation project.
