Specifications include, but are not limited to: Litter Removal – Contractor shall remove all trash, pet waste, and debris from an awarded location, and Contractor shall dispose of the collected trash, waste and debris in a legally approved location for the disposal of solid waste in the City of Dallas, preferably McCommas Bluff Landfill or other state approved solid waste landfill. Trash bags in the trash receptacles shall be replaced by the Contractor with 1.4 mil (~36 micron), 40" x 46" bags. Trash bags shall be removed and replaced with a new bag at each scheduled property maintenance to prevent odor from accumulating around the trash bins. Contractor shall, upon completion of removal of debris in the trash barrel, immediately secure the lid to the rim of the barrel to prevent displacement during normal use.
