1. Provide security updates including cameras, card access readers, and door controls at entry. 2. Provide secure front vestibule. 3. Replace waterproofing/ Sealant. 4. Provide exterior lighting controls. 5. Replace exterior lights with LED lighting. 6. Mechanical/HVAC improvements include new central station and rooftop units, new unit ventilators, and new air-cooled chillers. 7. Replace grease trap and waste piping. 8. Provide/Replace IDF/MDF air conditioning. 9. Remove and replace ceiling with new acoustical lay-in ceiling tile and grid throughout facility as needed. 10. Replace carpet/vinyl composite tile (VCT) and base throughout facility excluding all main corridors, auditorium and athletic areas. 11. Replace teaching surfaces at each classroom. 12. Provide new marquee sign located at the front entry. 13. Paint all previously painted exterior surfaces and wash as required. 14. Remove and replace paver sidewalks. 15. Provide interior lighting controls. 16. Replace interior lights with LED lighting. 17. Replace hose bib replacement. 18. Replace auditorium Stage floor and add handrails at stage steps. 19. Replace mechanical building exterior and roof with new doors.
