Specifications include, but are not limited to: Design of customized training programs: TEEX has identified various leadership traits and behaviors unique to our organization that we need to train all current and future leaders on. We are looking for assistance in the development of these programs. The programs will be developed in cooperation with a TEEX working Group and the selected vendor will lead the development team. The length of the program will depend on the complexity of the topic. Examples of programs that will need to be developed include: Improving your Leadership Style (Daniel Goleman), Emotional Intelligence, Communication, Leadership Accountability, Work/life Balance, and Engagement. Additional program may be added as needed. The first program must be developed by May of 2018. Additional programs delivery dates will be determined collaboratively between the vendor and TEEX.
