Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intent of this solicitation is to establish a fixed priced contract for leadership development workshops to public housing residents who serve in leadership roles. HHA provides training opportunities to Resident Council Officers in public housing. These Officers are resident-volunteers, elected by their neighbors, to serve as leaders for their community. The Officers are elected to serve in traditional leadership positions consisting of: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Parliamentarian. Leadership Development and Training assists Officers in fulfilling their leadership roles. The sessions will primarily be related to Capacity Building, Board Development, Organizational Management, Community Organizing, Mediation, etc.
