Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Semiannual wastewater permit sampling, including metals, fats, oils, and grease (FOG), and cyanide, and for non-routine discharges to the City of San Marcos sanitary sewer that may occur, including but not limited to, cooling tower cleanouts, API separator cleanouts, and discharges from closed loop passivation activities. • All sample analyses shall be performed by a qualified laboratory staff. The laboratory must be accredited by the National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (NELAP) through the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) to perform all of the laboratory analytical methods required by this RFP. • These services shall be provided to the main campus at Texas State University and the Science, Technology, and Advanced Research (STAR) facility. The University reserves the right to utilize these services at the Texas State University Round Rock campus.
