Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Damage to the aforementioned Fire Suppression System(s) including: a. Broken or loose nozzles. b. Bent or insufficiently supported systems piping. c. Restrained or obstructed cable (wire rope) movement. d. Any other item(s) which may affect or impair the intended operation of the system(s). 2. Visible changes, at the Fire Suppression System location, from the initial inspection survey which will prevent the operation of the aforementioned unit(s) to include: a. Relocated cooking appliances b. Substituted cooking appliances c. Modifications to the ventilation system d. Severe grease or contaminant accumulation 3. When replacing fusible links, old links should left secured to the pull station as proof of replacement and noted on the inspection certification.
