Specifications include, but are not limited to: The space consists of approximately 50,547 square feet. Space consist of designated office, restroom, conference room, classroom, break room, and hallway. Cleaning shall be performed at two (2) levels. One level is for common area cleaning and a superior level for offices occupied by Colonel (O-6). Daily Cleaning – Common Use Areas, i.e. Hallways, Restrooms, Meeting Rooms, Kitchen and Stairwells 1. Empty wastebaskets and place all refuse in trash dumpsters located near each building. All trash receptacles will have a clean plastic liner each day. 2. Dust all office furniture, equipment, air vents, pictures, and display objects (e.g. feather duster). Wipe tables clean of fingerprints and any business material lying on table will not be disturbed. 3. All tile floors will be swept with dust mop and mopped including under tables, chairs and into corners and edges. All spots, black marks, and spills will be removed daily. 4. All carpet will be vacuumed. Spot cleaning of stains and spills will be done as necessary. Handwork will be used to keep corners and edges and areas inaccessible by a vacuum, free of visible dust. 5. Drinking fountains will be cleaned and dried to prevent water spots, stainless steel cleaner used as necessary. 6. All fingerprints and smudges will be removed from glass doors. 7. Vacuum all rugs and door mats. 8. Cleaning of kitchen equipment; such as microwaves, refrigerators, stoves, coffee pots, dishes, etc. is not to be included in this “Scope of Work”.
