Specifications include, but are not limited to: Spring ISD is requesting bids for the purchase of internet access as per the specifications and conditions within this request. Bidders who respond to this bid request must be willing to provide internet access based on the E-Rate Program set up by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). - Provide a 10 Gb/s Ethernet port for Internet access with a minimum committed data rate (CDR) of 4 Gb/s - Provide Internet Service at a minimum CDR of 4 Gb/s and scaling to 8 Gb/s at .5 Gb/s increments per scalable contract pricing. - Service should support IPv4 / IPv6 dual stack implementation. It is the intention of Spring ISD to utilize IPv4 addressing schemas; however, the response should contain information on the available support for IPv6. - Allocation of a contiguous /24 CIDR block of public IPv4 addresses - Provide a password protected web-portal for retrieving current and historical network traffic information. - Allow for BGP Multihoming - Provide for full BGP Internet Route advertising - Provide 24/7 technical support helpdesk and service. - Provide Technical support 24 X 7 X 365 for all internet service related inquiries. - Provide an escalation procedure or process for timely incident mitigation. - Provide any maintenance notification procedures to be no less than 48-hours prior to a non-service impacting scheduled maintenance and no less than 7 days prior to any service impacting scheduled maintenance. No scheduled maintenance will be done during normal business hours as determined by SISD. Emergency maintenance will be performed with estimated times to completion and incremental updates occurring each hour until the service is restored.
