Specifications include, but are not limited to: This specification describes the minimum requirements for the purchase of an Inductively Coupled Plasma – Mass Spectrometer System. The ICP-MS shall be totally integrated and preconfigured which features at a minimum spectrometer, chiller, autosampler, software, and computer system. The ICP-MS System shall be controlled from a computer with a data system that is fully compatible with Windows 10. At a minimum, the data system software shall include programs for acquisition, reduction, reporting, and quantitation of data. We have a space issue at the Laboratory so the instrument and the autosampler must fit in an area 42” by 31”. The equipment must be fully capable and compatible with the Abilene Environmental Laboratory’s NELAP accreditation, Drinking Water certifications and analytical methods utilized as approved by the United States Environmental Protection Agency and the Texas Commission for Environmental Quality. For consideration the proposed instrument shall meet all specifications listed herein. The ICP-MS System shall be the Perkin-Elmer Nexion2000 C ICP-MS with a Windows 10 workstation; or an approved equivalent (Agilent 7800 ICP-MS is an Equivalent system). 2.1.1 The system must be a compact bench-top design.
