Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The "Project" of which the "Work" of this Contract is a part, is titled Hurst Junior High School Administration Addition & 2100 Plaza Parkway Renovation for Hurst-EulessBedford ISD and is composed of building additions, renovations and related site work located in Hurst and Bedford, Texas. 2. The "Work" of this Contract is titled Hurst Junior High School Administration Addition & 2100 Plaza Parkway Renovation and is defined in the Contract Documents to include, but not necessarily to be limited to: a. Building addition for administration offices, interior renovation of a portion of existing administration area, including all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general construction work. 3. Related Work: a. Documents affecting work of this Section include, but are not necessarily limited to, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, and Sections in Division 01 of these Specifications. b. The work of other contracts is described in various contract documents prepared therefore, some of which are in the possession of the Owner and are available for inspection by interested parties.
