A radar level transmitter with multi-contact controller shall be used for wet well level indication and control. SIEMENS SITRANS LT500 Controller with six (6) output relays to control pumps and alarm circuit and a SIEMENS SITRANS LR110 Radar Level Transmitter, or City approved equal, shall be mounted inside the control panel. 4. Control panel shall provide Manual, Off, and Automatic control functions of two 15 HP, submersible sewage pumps operating at 460vac/25amp. 5. MPE PMR-2 Seal Fail and thermal indication FLYGT Mini Cas or equivalent (mounted on DEAD front door). 6. Provide interposing relays to isolate level control and alarm functions of level controller, pump faults, and high level float. 7. Alarm Light, Horn, Silence button relay. 8. Aluminum inner dead front door. Operator selector switches, resets, time meters, and level controller interface shall be mounted to the inner dead front door. 9. Provide incoming power terminals with neutral and ground termination. 10. Include motor circuit breakers. 11. Include NEMA rated motor starter with overloads for each pump. 12. Provide control circuit breaker. 13. Provide control voltage transformer for 460v, three phase panel 14. Provide NEMA 4x hand off automatic selector switches. 15. Provide lights for Run, Stop, and Fault. 16. Provide individual elapse time meters for each pump. 17. Include a red, flashing High Level alarm light. 18. Provide a 50w heater with thermostat. 19. Include phase monitor and surge arrestor features to protect pump equipment. 20. Cabinet shall be UL508A serialized. 21. Provide terminal connection for one high level float switch to auto start a pump and trigger a high level alarm in the event the radar level controller fails. 22. All freight/shipping costs shall be included with quotations as FOB destination.
