A. Contractor shall furnish and install one (1) Red LED light (Part No. 7108001) by Whelen (or equal) on the underside (i.e., belly) of the helicopter. B. Contractor shall mount the OEM-supplied LED light on the vertical stabilizer. A dedicated switch in the P-132 pedestal will control both the belly light and the vertical stabilizer light. 1. 3-Way Switch Configuration for A & B: UP-Both lights on / Middle – Off / Down-Tail beacon only on C. Contractor shall install the Aero Engineering LED position / Strobe lights in their respective locations. A single, separate switch in the P-132 pedestal will control these lights. 1. 3-Way Switch Configuration for C: UP-Both position and strobe lights on / Middle – Off / Down-Position Lights only on D. Contractor shall install compatible LED Landing and Taxi lights in their respective locations. A single, separate switch in the P-132 pedestal will control each of these lights. E. Contractor shall install a compatible LED downward facing flood light on the belly to adequately illuminate ground area directly below aircraft for hoist operations. A single, separate, spring-loaded switch in the P-132 will control this light. A secondary switch will be installed in rear cabin at a location agreed upon by contractor and TXDPS.
