Dedicated databases & system support tools;(3)Organizational hierarchy, key users; and batch upload of user accounts & permissions. B. System Support Tools- Contacts/ Permissions, Dashboard, App Manager, Help Me, Online Help, Site Management Tools, Utilization Index, Mapping Tool, Mobile (1)Customized Brazos River Authority; (2)User responsibilities and permissions management;(3)On-line management of business operational hierarchy; (4)System administration and utilization monitoring tools; (5)On-line Help and Support Request management; (6)GIS mapping tool with Google Maps integration;(7)Mobile App for iOS (Apple) and Android tablet and Smartphone devices. C. Ready Implementation Support for Applications:(1)Applications will be launched across 16 sites as recommended for optimal training delivery & interaction);(2)Each Launch Group deployment project will include a series of Webinar-based sessions (60or 30-mins each) targeting application training, follow-up Q&A, advanced functionality/reporting/site implementation best practices, led by vendor’s experts.PHASE 2: A. On-Going Services(1)Controlled Ongoing hosting & maintenance, user support, issueresolution;B. Custom Support Services (1)Following setup and launch; Vendor will provide on-demand technical support and consulting services as requested by Brazos River Authority authorized business administrator to supplement our on-line, self-service user help and tutorials. C. Technical Support(1)On-Demand Support Services (additional support beyond annual allocation): User Support on a la carte basis; supplemental support packages of blocks of support available by request on a reduced cost basis; (2)Scope of services will include phone support and assistance; and on-site support with travel expenses; (3)Training & Consulting Services, Scope of services includes training delivery, business requirements analysis, technical solution discussions; on-site services with travel expenses.
