Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Site: Site preparation includes heat scarify and overlay asphaltic 1” over existing paving and restriping entire parking lot including new handicap parking space as per code. Provide utility services upgrade as necessary for domestic water, sewer or power as necessary for the new school use. Other site work includes a new wrought iron fencing all around with three (3) automatic gates to be controlled from campus administration offices. New playground area (playground equipment to be furnished by Owner) and turf play field where shown on attached conceptual site plan. 2. Building Structure: Existing building structure is to be reinforced as necessary for the change in use as per City of Lubbock 2012 IBC . 3. Building Envelope: Exterior Walls: Existing windows should remain and new windows installed to allow for one window minimum per classroom along the exterior walls. New exterior doors where shown on plans. Roofing: Provide a 10-year warranty new roofing system
