Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Exhaust Fans – Proposer shall provide all labor, tools, equipment and materials necessary to remove and replace Loren Cook exhaust fan tops and dispose existing, damaged tops. (14 locations – see Unit Listing spreadsheet for detailed descriptions) • HVAC Coil Replacements – Proposer shall provide all labor, tools, equipment and materials necessary to remove/replace damaged coils and dispose existing, damaged coils. Additionally, Proposer will reclaim all existing refrigerant and reinstall refrigerant in compliance with regulatory standards. Lastly, after coil and refrigerant replacement, units will be tested to ensure proper operation of the units repaired. Any existing defects found with the units that may be unrelated to the storm damage shall be document and reported to City Staff. (14 locations – see Unit Listing spreadsheet for detailed descriptions) • Hail Guards – Proposer shall install new Hail Guards on each unit with exposed coils to prevent damage from occurring during future severe weather events. (14 locations – see Unit Listing spreadsheet for detailed descriptions) • Pipe Insulation – Proposer shall remove and dispose any existing/remaining pipe insulation and install new 1” thick Armflex and cover/wrap with .030 PVC jacketing. Proposer shall provide pricing options for aluminum roll jacketing and stainless-steel roll jacketing. All three pricing options shall be per linear foot.
