Specifications include, but are not limited to: This scope provides for general non-engineering environmental services for all City of Dallas departments requiring professional consulting, investigation, & remediation services. All firms proposing to provide general non-engineering environmental services must have the appropriate licenses and/or registrations to conduct such work (e.g. for work related to leaking underground storage tanks, the firm must hold a Corrective Action Specialist (CAS) and have staff with Corrective Action Project Manager (CAPM) licenses). Copies of appropriate licenses and/or registrations must be provided to demonstrate that the firm is qualified to perform said services. Firms should be registered with the Texas Board of Professional Geoscientists and/or Texas Board of Professional Engineers as appropriate based on services provided. The firm must have received no notices of violation from an environmental regulatory agency in the previous two (2) years. The proposed personnel conducting environmental services for the City of Dallas must have at least five (5) years of experience conducting said work. All firms proposing to provide services under this agreement must be qualified as consultants as required by law for the services proposed. All firms proposing to provide services under this agreement must be capable of providing in-house or through a subcontracted firm the personnel and services indicated in the Basic Schedule of Services Offered unless otherwise noted (See Section C, Page 12).
