Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide all labor, materials, equipment and supplies to remove existing storefront currently installed on site. Hardware from the existing installation must be used on new installation whenever possible. Bidders will be able to examine the existing installation during the scheduled site visit to determine to what extent existing hardware may be reused. All remaining hardware must be returned to the University. 11.2 Provide and Install New Wall System or Storefront System 11.2.1 The replace wall system or storefront system must be meet the following requirements: 11.2.1.1 Provide a new rated borrowed lite wall system or an “A” rated aluminum storefront system 11.2.1.2 New wall system/storefront must include two ninety (90) minute rated full opening 3070 doors with glass 11.2.2 The new wall system or storefront system must be installed in new opening in a manner that will allow the system to be tied into the existing building security system. 11.2.3 Hardware from the existing system must be reused whenever possible. In the event existing hardware may not be reused, all required hardware must be provided including but not limited to: Geared continuous hinge, Select part number SL11XY EPT Power transfer, Von Duprin part number EPT-10 Electrified exit device, Von Duprin part number RX2-QEL-9849L-DT-06-RHR.
