Specifications include, but are not limited to: Kitchen & Dining Area 1.Electrical inspection is required by a licensed electrical contractor. 2.Remove sheetrock from kitchen and dining room ceiling 3.Seal all charred smoke damaged areas. 4.Install scab ¾ inch plywood pieces between floor joists, scab in new lumber along joists to secure plywood. [Do not drive screws or nails through plywood (floor above)]. 5.Remove and replace any heavily damaged lumber or blocking. Scab in new lumber as needed. 6.Remove and replace patio decking joist with #1 grade lumber. 7.All new lumber shall be primed and painted if exposed. 8.Install vapor barrier, and fiber-cement type siding, and trim to exterior areas and paint to match current siding. 9.Install insulation 10.Once all structural repairs have been made and inspected by FWHS’ Construction Coordinator; install sheetrock in kitchen and dining room areas—tape, bed texture, and paint. 11.Replace doors and drawer fronts under kitchen sink 12.Replace flooring Master Bedroom 1.Remove & replace damaged sheetrock ceiling —tape, bed texture, and paint. 2.Repair holes and gouges in walls.
