Annual Inspections shall: Include equipment at all locations per Attachment A – Device Count: Fire Alarm and Suppression Systems and Locations Be completed the month prior to inspection due date to ensure equipment and all components do not become delinquent. Quarterly Inspections shall be: Scheduled so that each system on Attachment A – Device Count will be inspected one additional time each year in addition to the annual inspection. Contractor shall submit a proposed schedule to the designated agency/facility representative for approval prior to beginning service. Completed before the delinquent due date to ensure all equipment and components do not become past due. Confirm quarterly and annual inspections with the designated agency/facility representative via email 72 hours prior to beginning work. Sign off on inspection tags upon completion of inspection indicating the date and result of inspection, condition of equipment, and the technician(s) full name(s), as required by the SFMO. The contractor will provide service reports no later than 72 hours after completion of inspection to the designated facility contact.
