The City of Frisco intends to award indefinite deliverable contracts to single or multiple Contractors for the construction of City of Frisco’s Fiber Optic Infrastructure, in the City of Frisco, Texas. The Contractor will provide staff and fiber optic construction services as the City releases discrete fiber optic infrastructure packages during the duration of agreement. The Contractor will deliver services that facilitate efficient fiber optic infrastructure construction and operation and ultimately enhanced communication for the City of Frisco Transportation Network. These services will be provided by the Contractor personnel at the direction of, and in concert with, the City of Frisco Traffic Engineering Department.
