Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Design and implement executive assessments for Executive Director, Chief Investment Officer, and Chief Audit Executive including: 1) Competency development based on feedback from Executive staff and Board. 2) Creation and implementation of evaluation tools for the three executives. 3) Administration of all aspects of executive evaluations, including post evaluation dataanalysis. 4) Conducting individual trustee interviews. 5) Facilitation of 360 assessments with participating executives’ direct reports. 6) Creation of evaluation documentation and evaluation product. 7) Facilitation of feedback sessions for each of the three executives. 8) Preparation of collateral materials and presentation to the Board. b. Estimated target audience and timeframe 1) Target Audience: The results of the Executive Assessments will be presented to the TRS Board of Trustees. 2) Timeframe: The initial term for this project will be from date of contract award (estimated to be May 2019) through August 31, 2020. i. The TRS Board determines the annual timeline for Executive Assessment in collaboration with the Executive Director and Chief Organizational Excellence Officer. Contractor must comply with organizational timeframes as determined yearly.
