The North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) recognizes the growing complexity and demands of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems within the public and nonprofit sectors. These systems are critical for enhancing operational efficiency, financial oversight, and data-driven decision-making. However, entities often face significant challenges, including maintaining outdated infrastructure, preparing for system implementation, and managing complex ERP deployments. To address these challenges, the NCTCOG invites innovative proposals for ERP consultancy services through the TXShare Cooperative Purchasing Program. This challenge-based RFP seeks qualified vendors to deliver expert-driven solutions that: Maintain, repair, or modify existing ERP infrastructures to extend their life span and enhance functionality. Provide strategic guidance and resources to assist in the preparation for ERP system implementation or replacement. Execute full-scale ERP implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration, user training, and post-launch support.
