3.1. Services. The Contractor shall timely and properly perform the Services during the term of this Agreement and as otherwise provided herein, and shall otherwise comply with its obligations. In addition to the Services described in this Agreement, the Contractor shall also perform, upon request, any other services, and shall comply with any representations, covenants, and warranties, described in its response to the District's RFP entitled “Employee Health Benefits” and numbered #220001RFP (the “RFP”), and any other written communications directly associated with the RFP submitted by • the Contractor, or any subsidiary, subcontractor, or affiliate of the Contractor directly to the District or any subcontractor of the District, and/or • the District or any subcontractor of the District directly to the Contractor or any subsidiary, subcontractor, or affiliate of the Contractor during the evaluation process of the RFP, including without limitation all supplemental responses and answers (collectively, the “RFP Response”).
