The City of DeSoto (hereinafter referred to as the “City”) is seeking written proposals from qualified insurance brokers and/or consultants to provide professional services related to our fully insured employee benefit package offering. With increasing cost of employee benefits and ever-changing compliance requirements, we believe our employee benefits consultant should be a valuable member of our organization. Our employee benefits consultant must understand and listen to our needs, identify challenges, propose innovative cost saving ideas, and superbly execute our plan. Our benefit package offering includes but is not limited to services relating to: health (including prescription plans), dental, vision, whole life, AD&D, Long term disability, HSA, FSA, EAP programs, ancillary and other benefits.
