Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. The Contractor shall provide Electric Cart Operators to transport Passengers with Special Needs on an as needed basis as determined by the Director of Aviation or the Director’s designee. b. Electric Cart Operators shall meet and greet Passengers with Special Needs in a clear and friendly manner. c. Electric Cart Operators shall be alert to and positively approach Passengers with Special Needs. d. In the event of a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Transportation Security Agency (TSA) violation, the Contractor shall immediately notify the Terminal Services Manager or her designated representative. A detailed written report from the Contractor’s employees involved shall be submitted within 24 hours of the incident to the Terminal Services Manager. e. Service shall meet all safety/security requirements and profiles required by the FAA, TSA and the El Paso International Airport.
