A. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to haul dirt, concrete, and miscellaneous materials (brush, sand gravel, wet dirt, etc.) to landfills or locations designated by CCW. B. The Contractor shall provide dump truck hauling services on an as-needed basis. C. The Contractor shall haul materials (spoils) located at various citywide locations and dispose at the following locations: 1. Cefe Valenzuela Landfill located at 2362 CR 20, Robstown, Texas 2. Savage Lane dump site located at 302 N. Navigation, Corpus Christi, Texas 3. J.C. Elliott Landfill located at 701 Ayers, Corpus Christi, Texas 4. CCW Building 6, Warehouse located at 2726 Holly Rd., Corpus Christi, Texas D. The Contractor shall confine all operations from 6:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Hours can only be extended with the approval of the CCW Point of Contact. E. The Contractor shall be equipped with a minimum of three 20-25 cubic yard end dump trucks, and five 12-14 cubic yard tandem dump trucks equipped with tarps to haul dirt and miscellaneous materials, and manual safety locks to prevent tailgate from opening while hauling wet materials. All dump trucks must be in compliance with all Texas Department of Public Safety rules and regulations and must be kept in safe and good operating condition. F. The Contractor will provide CCW with a single point of contact that will be available to CCW during the contract term. G. CCW will provide the Contractor with a work order by 3:00 pm on the day before the trucks are needed. Work orders will be made by email. H. The Contractor will not be subject to tipping fees for hauling CCW waste. However, all dump trucks must have a Solid Waste Services Permit Hauler sticker, which can be obtained at the Solid Waste Department. I. CCW reserves the right to obtain services from another contractor if dump trucks are unavailable when needed. CCW reserves the right to back-charge the Contractor for the difference in using another vendor.
