Specifications include, but are not limited to: The following specifications are required by the District for this Monitoring Well Project. 4.1 Monitoring wells must be drilled by a Texas-licensed driller who is qualified to drill and install monitoring wells (Texas Administrative Code - Section 330.421). 4.2 Contractor shall notify PCCD Geologist William Feathergail Wilson or PCCD Contracting Officer (CO) when various stages of the work require PCCD inspection and approval prior to commencing with the next step in the project. 4.3 Water. All water needed for this Monitoring Well Project shall be hauled in and purchased from an approved vendor at the contractor’s expense. 4.4 Drilling Equipment Required. Drilling equipment required for this Monitoring Well Project is either a Swivel Rig, Top Drive Type Drilling Rig, or a rig approved by PCCD Geologist William Feathergail Wilson or PCCD CO prior to commencing drilling.
