A. Work may include, but is not limited to the following: ➢ Repair service on water piping, drain lines, water valves, lift station pumps, gas piping, boiler and water heater repair, and storm drains. ➢ Diagnosis and troubleshooting problems with domestic water piping, sanitary drainage, boilers, and water heaters. ➢ Repairing plumbing and related equipment with certified technicians with a minimum of seven years plumbing experience. ➢ Repairing pump failures and replacing electric motors on plumbing equipment. ➢ Provide repair parts, when requested by Humble ISD. ➢ Back flow valve testing (valves). ➢ Replacing boilers and water heaters including venting. ➢ Concrete sawing, breaking, removal and pour back of concrete to perform a plumbing installation or repair. ➢ Trenching or digging with backhoe. ➢ Utilizing a sewer line camera to look for problems in the sewer line. ➢ Other work normally performed by a plumbing contractor not mentioned above. ➢ Annual gas testing on a staggered schedule ➢ Provide an onsite plumber billed for hourly service
