Specifications include, but are not limited to: DWU Service Center: A new 26,260 SF 2-story concrete tilt-up panel building and site improvements of approximately 12.9 -acres that includes the following areas: Office Business Areas 16,245 Gross SF Training Assembly Area 1,239 Gross SF Warehouse Area 4,180 Gross SF Support Area (storage rooms) 214 Gross SF Elm Fork: Renovations of the existing locker/restroom will consist of replacing and relocating deteriorated walls, finishes and plumbing fixtures to meet TAS requirements. Material Service: Renovations of the existing men’s and women’s restroom will consist of replacing and relocating walls, finishes and plumbing fixtures to meet TAS requirements. The Project(s) will be constructed under a single prime contract and in five construction phases to facilitate access to the site(s) and enable DWU staff to maintain day-to-day work activities. Scope will also include all furniture, fixture and equipment to be used in the operation of the facility.
