Specifications include, but are not limited to: Features and Functionality and Overall Requirements 5.1.1 Single login (Sign-On) Portal Login to authenticate with institutional credentials 5.1.2 Single dashboard for users and those determined to be administrative users for each tool 5.1.3 Seamless interaction among software for easy configuration, complex, and dynamic workflows for curriculum and catalog changes, forms, approvals and reports, and presentations to display as a PDF document or website 5.1.4 Easily Integration to share a database or other content with current College systems including but not limited to PeopleSoft, Ad Astra, Terminal 4 (T4) Website software, Nuventive Improve TracData for Assessment, and other systems such as Career Hub and Tableau (a plus). Ability to add on other software for class schedule planning, student scheduling and registration, prospective student engagement, and more. 5.1.5 Must have the ability to integrate future software for student registering, student scheduling (room scheduling integrated with Ad Astra), student pathway planning for students to easily transfer to 4-year institutions on the FOS plans, or pathways and design. 5.1.6 Managing three-way, customizable curriculum workflow (courses (lecture, lab, ext., contact hours and credit hours), degree plans (sequence and scaffolding), 3rd party accreditation or licensures requirements, articulation agreement requirements, and administrative process and procedures in both tools) changes and editing of content of curriculum and other information related to curriculum process. 5.1.7 Must be ADA Compliant 5.1.8 Must allow for front matter ( pages of text) to be added for sections of the Catalog for instance; Faculty Credentials, Student Services, and other materials such as websites, and all other pertinent information as needed.
