Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.1. Supply, deliver, install, configure to MCISD network and test all proposed copier equipment with associated accessories required for successful completion.. 1.2. All work shall be done in a professional manner and shall adhere to industry standards. 1.3. An appropriate implementation schedule shall be developed by the vendor and will be subject to approval by Mission CISD. 1.4. The vendor shall provide a report form addressing the weekly progress of the installation schedule and/or services. 1.5. During Delivery and Implementation the vendor shall maintain a work area free of debris, trash and dispose of such items on a daily basis. 1.6. The vendor must have approval for all additional work not included in the proposal. The vendor must submit a written listing of all additional work to be performed, with all incurred costs, prior to the commencement of the additional work. 1.7. Access to work area during normal work hours of Monday through Friday 7:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Working hours out of the normal workday must be approved by Mission CISD
