Specifications include, but are not limited to: providing support personnel and project management support to work under the direct supervision of A&M System member’s staff to provide pre-design, design, A/E and/or GC selection, construction and post-construction support on an “as needed” basis; a) Pre-construction Phase • Participate in the design phase on an as-needed basis. • Review design documents, drawings and specifications for constructability, scheduling, consistency and coordination. • Provide plan checking for conformance to applicable code requirements and all system guidelines, standards and master plan requirements • Facilitate the preparation of supplemental conditions for the specifications. • Prepare a schedule and other required documents for the project to use for bidding purposes
