Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Review of all active jobs and job descriptions, all salary tables including teacher, counselor, evaluation specialist, master (including hourly employees), and technology pay scales. • Review of grades and the minimum, midpoint, and maximum of each grade. • Review of all employees’ current salaries for alignment across the District and within Chief areas. • Review of all board approved stipends, the District’s stipend policies, and the District’s Compensation Manual policies. • Recommendation of industry best practice to process salary placement for Master and Technology Pay Scale at the time of hire, rehire, promotion, demotion (voluntary and involuntary), and reorganizations. • Recommendation of industry best practice to process salary adjustment.
