Specifications include, but are not limited to:
Financial Duties
Respondent shall be capable of performing, at a minimum, the following financial
duties:
a) Assist GLO with establishing and maintaining financial processes;
b) Assist GLO with establishing and maintaining a record keeping system;
c) Assist GLO with applicable financial reporting as needed;
d) Provide support and participate in any quality control plan or audit conducted
by GLO or its contracted auditors; and e) Prepare budgets for specific projects approved for funding.
Grant Administration Duties
Respondent must be capable of performing, at a minimum, the following
administrative duties:
a) Assist GLO with implementing the GLO system of record for submission of
required reports;
b) Assist GLO with implementing an accurate record keeping system to ensure
that all important documentation is properly stored and easily accessible;
c) Assist GLO by providing technical assistance and guidance to ensure proper
documentation is maintained to maximize federal, state, or other funding for
disaster recovery efforts;
d) Provide customer service on any and all aspects of the program;
e) Report any suspected fraud to the proper authority;
f) Provide support to GLO for the approval of draw requests submitted to any
program area;
g) Provide support and participate in any quality control plan or audit conducted
by GLO or its contracted auditors; and
h) Perform any other administrative duty required to deliver a project.
Planning Duties
Respondent shall be capable of performing, at a minimum, the following duties
relating to the planning of programs:
a) Assist GLO with managing the coordination and monitoring of planning
activities for a variety of program types;
b) Provide support and participate in any planning activities conducted by GLO or
its contracted vendors; and
c) Assist GLO with any reasonable activity associated with planning that may
arise during the course of a project.
