a. CPS Energy is seeking a Company to complete Coal Combustion Residual (“CCR”) closure Services at the J.K. Spruce Power Station Evaporation Ponds (“EPs”), including demolition of piping within berms, fencing, power supply and mister associated with the EP, place and compact all CCR material and CCR-impacted soil removed and transported from the North and South Bottom Ash Ponds, install cover system over CCR material, and restore site to specified conditions. b. CPS Energy is seeking a Company to complete Coal Combustion Residual (“CCR”) closure Services at the J.T. Deely Power Station North and South Bottom Ash Ponds (“BAPs”), including demolition of piping, pipe supports and foundations associated with the BAPs, removal all Residual CCR material and CCR-impacted soil using conventional excavation methods, haul excavated material to onsite evaporation pond, and restore site to specified conditions.
