Specifications include, but are not limited to: o furnish, install and manage an on campus car sharing service. Responders must present evidence that they are fully competent and have the necessary experience and financial resources to fulfill the service for the University. 2.1.1 Specifications: 2.1.1.1 Adequate vehicle number and types to service the TAMU on-campus community. 2.1.1.2 Web and smart phone application reservation services. 2.1.1.3 The ability to establish accounts with appropriate billing information for reservations made by individuals or on-campus departments. 2.1.1.4 Automatic billing based on use of vehicles with minimal need for human interaction. 2.1.1.5 Full coverage insurance provided to customers by the vendor. 2.1.1.6 Web products that provide the customer easy access to billing and account information 2.1.1.7 Vendor communications and marketing plan to promote the service and inform the customers how to utilize it. 2.1.1.8 Utilization reporting to Texas A&M University at least monthly. 2.1.1.9 Access to a car sharing network in other locations, if available. 2.1.1.10 The ability for students (18 years of age and up) and foreign nationals to access the system
