Baseline Analysis| (Context, Physical, Natural & Cultural Attributes, Demographics, Existing Land Use, and Existing Zoning) – Establish a reference point from which the decisions of the plan will be made. Identify the physical, natural, and cultural attributes of the City in context to the demographics of Greenville with existing land use, housing, and zoning characteristics.
2. Community Vision| (Public Engagement Process, Visioning, Community Survey, SWOT Analysis, Vision, Goals & Objectives) – Through collaborative effort with the City and public engagement. Analyze the pubic engagement process and its influence on the development of the vision.
