Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Provide and install all Walk‐In Freezer/Coolers and Shelving at the food service facility. B. Locate and provide to the General Contractor or install all hidden (in floor or in wall) supports, brackets, or fittings. C. Installation excluding connections to utilities. It is the responsibility of the Food Service Contractor to verify that all utility services are located in the proper locations for the equipment being supplied. D. Work shall include the provision for setting, testing, and calibration, starting‐up, demonstration, warranting of all food service items to the satisfaction of the Owners. E. The Kitchen Equipment Contractor shall obtain and pay for all necessary permits and licenses required and necessary for the performance of the work, and shall post all notices required by law, comply with all laws, ordinances, and regulations bearing on the conduct of the work as drawn and specified
