Specifications include, but are not limited to: CONTRACTOR to provide and place silt fence/exclusion fencing per the Record of Environmental Consideration. Silt fencing must be trenched into the ground and secured as shown on the "Temporary By-Pass and Layout of Box" drawing (see page 11 –Temporary By-Pass Construction Drawing). CONTRACTOR to clear the areas of the temporary by-pass and remove and dispose of vegetative debris. No vegetative debris shall be left over night. CONTRACTOR to provide load tickets for vegetative debris from a TCEQ permitted debris site. CONTRACTOR to provide and place 1-36" x 30'-0 CMP and 6" of gravel for the By-Pass. By-Pass to be 22'-0 wide. COUNTY will provide barricades and signage. CONTRACTOR is to install and maintain signage and notify Bastrop County immediately if barricades or signage are damaged or stolen. CONTRACTOR shall construct a 5-Barrel 10' span x 5' height cast- in-place box culvert 24'-0 in length with Type PW-1 10'-0 parallel wing walls (4 each), to include excavation, forming, placing rebar and concrete, backfill and compacted in 6" lifts per Texas Department of Transportation drawings, MC-10-7 and specifications (See pages 12-14 for TxDOT Standard Sheets MC-10-7 & PW). CONTRACTOR to place 8" of compacted flex base or re-cycled concrete adjacent to the box culvert where roadway is excavated, to a level ½” below the elevation of the box culvert. County will determine the centerline alignment of the box culvert both respect to the creek centerline and roadway centerline. CONTRACTOR will be responsible for laying out the box true and square to the alignment. County will provide a benchmark for creek flowline. County will provide biological monitoring as it relates to compliance with the Environmental Review Project Considerations (See pages 21 & 22 Record of Environmental Consideration).
