Specifications include, but are not limited to: All work must be performed by properly trained, licensed and certified technicians. On-Site work will normally be performed during the regular daytime working hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am through 5:00 pm. On-Site Service/maintenance shall include all labor and travel cost. The successful vendor must be able to respond to service requests 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. Vendor must provide evidence of 24 hour response capability. Service technicians are required to arrive within 4 hours of notification for emergency repairs. Non-emergency repairs will be scheduled at least 24 hours prior to service delivery. Repairs must be performed in a timely manner.
