Facilitates organized, student-centered, objective-driven lessons e. Checks for students’ understanding and responds to students’ misunderstanding f. Differentiates instruction for student needs by employing a variety of instructional strategies g. Engages students in work that develops higher-level thinking skills h. Maximizes instructional time i. Communicates content and concepts to students j. Promotes high academic expectations for students k. Students actively participating in lesson activities l. Sets and implements discipline management procedures m. Builds a positive and respectful classroom environment
