Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. AM Program Evaluation – Perform a general review of the current AM Program, AM Plan documents, execution plan, and organizational structure. Provide a written report with findings and recommendations for process improvements and staffing needs. 2. Consequence of failure (CoF) for Vertical Assets - Develop CoF scoring criteria for vertical assets typically found at water distribution pump stations, water treatment plants, and lift stations. Also assist with refining the current CoF scoring criteria for the horizontal water distribution system assets. 3. Likelihood of Failure (LoF) and Remaining Effective Life (REL) for Water Mains – Develop a method for determining LoF and remaining effective life using AI failure prediction modeling results and acoustic condition inspection results for small diameter mains (< 20”). Develop a method for determining LoF and remaining effective life for large diameter mains (= to and > 20”) using condition assessment results, previous failures, soil information and existing degradation curves. Develop customized degradation curves for the various pipe materials based modeled results and condition inspection results. 4. Develop a standard naming and numbering convention for SAWS project specifications using the CSI Master Format 50 division system. 5. Watermain Condition Assessment Planning - Assist with the water main condition assessment inspection prioritization and planning as needed. Each Work Order proposed is to be designated by the Water System. The Water System shall provide to Consultant a proposed Work Order through CPMS detailing: • The name and a detailed Scope of Work for the Proposed Project. • The name of the SAWS Representative. • The expected completion date of the work. • Anticipated cost of work fees will be consistent to the negotiated fees within this contract.
