Specifications include, but are not limited toOrg 169 – Arthur Kramer Elementary School - Project consists of the following: 1. New construction for a single-story 12 classroom school building addition on the East end of the existing school campus. A portion of this classroom school building will be constructed as a tornado storm shelter as indicated on drawings and specifications. 2. New construction for a single-story school lobby and administration office building addition to the South main entry of the existing school campus as indicated on drawings and specifications. 3. Renovation work of limited areas including but not limited to existing school offices, school nurse area and classroom areas to new school district standards specifications such as material finishes, millwork, doors and miscellaneous, along with selective demolition as indicated on drawings and specifications. 4. Renovation and updated work to (selective) mechanical, electrical, plumbing and special systems as indicated on drawings and specifications. 5. New site work on school campus as related to new building addition areas, new grading, new and modified accessible walkways and ADA ramps between existing and new buildings. Site work also includes new playground and relocation of existing playground equipment and two canopy frames complete.
