Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide a weekly cleaning and delivery service. Provide for an initial 11 sets of new garments for each employee. Provide uniforms in the colors as outlined in the attached schedule. Provide for weekly repair and/or button and patch replacement at no additional charge. Provide repair tags to each location at start-up of the contract and as needed throughout the term of the contract. Provide a marking and coding system to ensure each employee receives their garments and are not mixed with other employee garments or delivered to other locations on campus. Provide new employees with uniforms within one week of the order date which would be the normal delivery and pick-up day. Provide long sleeve or short sleeve garments as selected by the employee. All garments will remain the same type for a minimum of a year. Replace any uniforms that become worn, faded, tattered, frequently repaired, stained, heavily soiled, or otherwise unsightly at our request at no additional charge. Uniforms that have been damaged by willful or intentional misconduct shall be replaced at the replacement cost listed on the base bid price sheet at University’s expense. University will provide lockers for employee uniforms. Lockers and pick up points are located in multiple locations on the campus.
